A communication management plan was developed to ensure effective group communication throughout the project. The communications manager was assigned to develop and manage this plan to ensure that information was effectively distributed throughout the group.

 

The plan identifies the meeting structures and frequency through the course of the project and also shows other forms of contact utilised by the group.
